Grace Peng is a 13-year-old pianist from Johns Creek, Georgia who has performed extensively and earned numerous achievements. She began studying the piano at age 5 and has been under the tutelage of Dr. Raffi Besalyan since this year. Some of her recent awards include being the winner of the 2017 Georgia Music Teacher's Association Auditions and was featured in the 2016 and 2017 GMTA conferences. She has won the 2015 Atlanta Community Symphony Orchestra Concerto Competition and soloed with them, and won the 2015 and 2016 All-State Piano Auditions. She is also passionate in chamber music and has won the 2017 Franklin Pond Chamber Music Competition with her piano trio. Grace is a dedicated student at River Trail Middle School, where she is a member of the track team and orchestra and is also a competitive dancer.
